      How do I reset my password in the app?

      Resetting the password for my user in the app

      If you have forgotten your password for your user in the KOMOBI app, follow these steps:

      1. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password?

      1. Enter the email you used for registration.

      1. Enter the verification code that should have been sent to your inbox and choose the desired password.

      If you haven't received the verification code, please check the Spam folder in your email.
