Notification through the app
If your motorcycle experiences any movement or is displaced without the presence of your key fob, the device will enter alarm mode and notify you through a push notification.
You can track the alarm in real-time through your KOMOBI app.
Notification through a phone call
As a complement to the push notification, an automatic phone call will be made when the device enters alarm mode. This service is known as KOMOBI PHONE, and its operation is as follows:
- The device detects movement and enters alarm mode.
- After a few seconds, you will receive the push notification.
- If the alarm is not canceled, after 1 minute from the device detecting the movement, you will receive a call from the KOMOBI PHONE service.
The KOMOBI PHONE service is complementary to push notifications, and there is always a two-month trial period that is activated when you initially set up the device. You can renew the service by referring to this article Renew KOMOBI PHONE
