You may not be able to log in to the website for one of the following reasons:
1. Incorrect password:
Please note that the app and website accounts are completely separate, so it's possible that you don't have the same password for both.
To resolve this, click on the user icon located in the upper right corner, and then click on "Forgot password?" From there, you can set a new password.
2. No account created on the website:
If you have never made a purchase or renewal on the website, it's likely that you don't have an account created on the website. You can create your profile by clicking on the user icon in the upper right corner of the website and selecting the "Register" option.
You will need to choose a username that has not been taken by another member of the website. We recommend using your full name or your name followed by a set of numbers.
